निवेदन है कि हम सभी नगर विकास न्यास की अनंतपुरा योजना में दीनदयाल उपाध्याय नगर में रहते हैं। यहां मकान नंबर 1030 में बनी दुकानों में इतना अधिक अतिक्रिमण कर रखा है। इन लोगों ने एक और पक्की दुकान जितना अतिक्रमण कर रखा है। इसके पास ही पक्के प्लेटफार्म बनाए जा रहे हैं। यह अतिक्रमण पक्का किया जा रहा है। जिसमें दुकान बन चुकी है और बाकी प्लेटफार्म बनाने का काम चल रहा है। मौहल्ले के लोगों ने इसकी शिकायत की,लेकिन इस मकान में रहने वाला आदमी राज कुमार विजय हैे जो खुद को पत्रकार कहता है। इस मकान की मालिक सुरक्षा राजौरा नाम की औरत है, वह यहां नहीं रहती है। लेकिन वह हर बात पर अतिक्रमण करने वालों को कहती है कि वह सब संभाल लेगी। जिन दुकानों पर यह अतिक्तमण किया जा रहा है। वह मैस है और वहां रात तक अतिक्रमण की आड में काफी उल्टे सीधे काम होते है। हम सभी लोगों का आपसे विनम्र आग्रह है कि आप इस अतिक्रमण को हटवाने का कष्ट करें। आप के अधिकारी एक बार देखेंगे उसमें ही उन्हें पता चल जाएगा कि साफ अतिक्रमण कर रखा है। कृपया आप इसे हटवा कर जनभाावनाओं को महत्व देने का कष्ट करें।

जिस मकान के बाहर दुकान वालों ने अतिक्तमण कर रखा है उसका पता निम्न है।

सर मै बिहार का रहने वाला हु. अभी मै एलन साकर मे पढ़ता हु. ये मेरा लास्ट ईयर है और कुछ month बाद मेरा एग्जाम होने वाला है. मै महावीर नगर 1st building नंबर 17A में रहता हु.जब मै यहा रूम लेने आया था तब रूम मालिक ने हमे रूम दे दिया और rent भी fix हो गया था मैने इमसे अपने session end तक रहने की बत की थी. लेकिन कुछ महीने पहले इन्होने rent बढ़ा दिया. 4600 से 6000 कर दिया.. मेरी मजबूरी है तो सर मै यहा रह रहा हु. सर अब मेरे एग्जाम आने वाले है . मेरे रूम मालिक हमसे बात करने नहीं आ रहे है वो किसी ओर को भेज कर बार बार toucher कर रहे है की अबसे रूम rent 10000 लगेगा और दूसरा आदमी बोल रहा है building मै लीज पे ले रहा हु.. सर मुझे बहुत टेंशन हो रहा है अब.. study अच्छे से नहीं कर पा रहा हु.. मेरे पापा एक छोटे किसान है इतने पैसे नहीं दे सकते है.. प्लीज सर आपसे request है हमारी हेल्प कीजिये….. मै मर जाऊंगा सर ये लोग बहुत परेशान कर रहे है धमकी देते है जहाँ जाना है जाओ हम देख लेंगे सर मेरा future बर्बाद हो जायेगा..please sir help me..

JMK मोटर्स mandana is not return my money

Hello Sir

In City there are high number of unauthorised business running without licence and not producing bill. 1 of them i came across is chabbariya cycle Store near mahaveer Nagar. They are selling low quality tyre tube and when i asked to check the quality with the company or dealer they are getting. Their response is “upar se aati hai”. They don’t know from which state they are getting cheap quality products and selling without bill. When i enquired for the company their labours started hitting me. Sir i request you to please ban such shops and don’t allow them to smuggle cheap quality goods to sell to the customers. Thank you

महामहिम जिलाधीश महोदय, मैं सुधाकर शर्मा संरक्षण अधिकारी राष्ट्रीय संग्रहालय नई दिल्ली कोटा का निवासी होने से वर्तमान में कोटा वर्तमान कुछ दिनों में रहकर देखा कि कोटा नगर को स्मार्ट सिटी में जोड़ कर के सौंदर्यीकरण किया जा रहा है। ऐतिहासिक अप्परकोट दरवाजों का जीर्णोद्धार चल रहा है। सूरजपोल दरवाजे पर बनाए गए सीमेंट के हाथी कोटा शैली के नहीं है इनको तत्काल हटवाया जाए यदि कलाकार नहीं बना सकता है तो ना बनाया जाए।
कोटा शहर के स्थानीय कलाकारों को बुलाकर के 1 हाथियों को जिस तरह पहले बनाया गया था वैसा बनवा दिया जाए लुकमान उस्मान सहित अन्य कलाकार हैं।
कोटा की शैली बूंदी की शैली से अलग है इसी प्रकार अन्य राजस्थान की शैलियां भी विभिन्न विभिन्न अपना-अपना आयाम रखती हैं।
कोटा हाथी घोड़ों और शिकार के लिए ही फेमस है।
इसलिए सूरजपोल दरवाजे का निरीक्षण करते हुए अनाड़ी आदमियों द्वारा बनाए गए हाथियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से हटाने के आदेश दें और इसकी जगह अच्छे स्थापत्य कला मूर्तिकला के कलाकारों से हाथियों को बनवाया जाए।

Its me Suman Kumar . Sir its with great disappointment that i write to you with no other choice left with me to seek help. I am an online student of allen classroom contact pro. and my issue is that my scholarship amount as claimed by me has not yet been reverted back to my account .According to allen scholarship scheme I have claimed 20 % scholarship with all the valid documents already submitted before 45 days from now and only reply I get by contacting them is that one or the other details given by me was not clear . Sir presently i am not in kota so practically its impossible for me to meet them personally, and with my experience what i felt is that they are completely ignorant about this issue. As u know its very difficult for a student to find time for contacting them and then after 10 minutes of wait they receive the call and just try to put all the blames on student , I have called them more than 10 times but never did I get a satisfactory reply nor did they contact me as they told they would. sir my issue cant be very precised as its a long disappointing experience so concluding by a hope that sir will take a strict action and help me getting my scholarship amount back .

May I please know that why is the road near Ahluwalia Mall, Bus stand not getting constructed.Everyday I am traveling from Bajrang Nagar to DCM and the road is pathetic since past a year or more. When it comes to payment of taxes, the deduction takes place every month. Pl clarify else I will take this up to a higher level.

Really it is dictatorship in Kota . Hostel owner neither provide GST bill nor he provides facilities as he take charges against facility. Student living their bearing all . Local administration and Govt. should interfare

SIR I WANT TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION ABOUT WRONG PRACTICIES IN MOTION ACADAMY.
1. MOTION ADMIN HAS DETAILED BAD ELEMENTS TO COLLECT THE REMAINING FEE FROM THE STUDENTS.
2.AT THIS MOMENT 90% FEE HAS BEEN DEPOSITED BY THE PARENTS BUT MOTION ADMIN SNATCHES THE IDENTITY CARDS FROM THE STUDENTS.
3.IF STUDENTS SAY THAT THEIR PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE FEE . THAT STAFF SAYS HE GETS SALARY TO HARRAS THE STUDENTS WHOSE FEE IS DUE.
4.STUDENTS REQUEST HIM TO TALK WITH PARENTS THAN THAT FELLOW SAYS IT IS NOT MY DUTY .
5.REALY STUDENTS DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THEIR FEE . BECAUSE PARENTS COME AND THEY SETTLE THE FEE AMOUNT.THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT FEE .
6. THAT STAFF MAKE BAD COMMENTS ON THE GIRLS STUDENTS.
7.YOU ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE RETURN THE IDENTITY CARDS OF THE STUDENTS AND STOP HARRASHMENT OF THE SUDENTS.
8. THEY ARE THEIR TO STUDY HENCE LET THEM STUDY ONLY.

I anshul from railway housing society mala road kota junction. My complaint is about our society sweeper pawan who come too early around 6 to 6.30am to pic up the garbage and all the waste( कचरा) from house to house. The problem is that he come too early and if a person sleep late night because of some reason or study or office work or a person who is a BP patient than he or she found difficult to wake up early in the morning. Or agar vo ek baar आवाज lagata he कचरा डाल देना और अगर कोई उस time कचरा डालने घर के बाहर नहीं आपाता तो वो दुबरा नहीं आता कचरा lene.
Or agar if we asked sweeper pawan to come late than he dont listen and argued all the time. और हर रात को टेंशन रहती he की सुबह जल्दी उठना he because he come too early. And in some other ward or colony seeper come around 9 am. So

It’s a humble request to solve this problem and change the time of sweeper

I would like to put information that all the girls hostel running near Allen Satyarth, They all are not registered with GST. There is bulk theft of taxation. Girls hostel owner charges heavy rent but there is no facility accordingly.They neither provide reciept nor accept money by cheque.
Hope Kota administration would take necessary action against theft of revenue and make important rules and regulations.

Hi

As i had read that the collector of kota is going through a campaign regarding the drainage clearence. So I want to tell you that since last year the drainage line of RAILWAY HOUSING SOCIETY, MALA ROAD has been blocked.
If we go through with the Contractor Mr. Tufaan Singh he always makes new excuses. And now its a peak time if there will be a rainfall the drainage water will come on the road and it can harm several peoples.
About the complains the society committee had also gone to the CEO office of Nagar Nigam kota but still no solution he did.
After that peoples of society had raised a complain online but there was also no any solution has been done. Personally I had also called to CEO Office also so then the P.A. said he will give the details to CEO but still no action has been taken. And the sweeper whose name is Pawan he is too rude with all the society members and charges money from society members also to take the garbage from “Door to Door”.

So its a humble request that kindly clear the drainage system as soon as possible. And kindly change the sweeper.

In bhopal madhya pradesh school timings have been changed for senior classes or the school has been closed.

What are u doing against CBSE schools ( global public) which are increasing fees up to 20% ,annualfees 7000/- additional every year and being forced to buy books and uniforms from recmonded shop by them.
If we are unable to pay a qtr. On time there will be fine charged up to 25% for 20-30 days delay.

I beg to draw your kind attention to the problem of nuisance being caused by the loudspeakers during these days when the examinations are soon approaching.

These are the days of examinations. Every student is making preparations for the ensuing examinations. The loud noise of loudspeakers is causing a lot of problems to the students nowadays.

I request you to ban the use of loudspeakers totally for a period of two months with immediate effect, so that the students can prepare well for the ensuing examinations.

Most respect fully I want to say u that I m Abhinav pratap from Indra vihar (A-9). I am a nurture student of Allen .I want to share my problem with you and I want your help .actually I was living in a hostel and I have a cinus disease and there bathroom was so dirty .the room was not so clean .the man who had took the building as lease ,I told him many times about this but he always torching me. The whole cooler was supplied by current and I get shocked one day even .he has taken 4000 security money from me .on 13 July my monthly money was completed and I leave that PG .I asked him for security money ,he told I will give u after five days .but today’s is going 15 th days and he at last told me that I will not give u the money .sr plz help me that what should I do ..as per as your rule made by this year that security must be given in 2 days .but here whats going on sir ..I m alone ,what can I do .nowadays my mind is not working ,I m high tension .my test also gone so rudely .only 48% I got in the test because of tension ..my 4000 money is floating .the plants doesn’t give the money that any time I can pluck it …I also told to ASWS ,but he is only for name .I think ,u know that what is 4000 rupees because u also earn by hard work and my father also ..

I would like to bring your attention to the situation that has a bad effects on girls students . from last two to three days I’m constantly observing group of boys over age of 23-24 years use to eve tease girls when they found’em alone. They use to pass vulgar comments on girls which badly hurts girls emotions . yesterday evening a gang of boys in play ground in rajeev Gandhi nagar and also in front of ALLEN safalya there’s a park where these things can be observed frequently. I would like you to look into the matter as earliest as possible and resolve things by making things strictly with constant eye on these guyz by police officers. Hoping to get things sorted out at earliest possible.
