Rajasthan is the largest state in India which is full of historic treasures and culture. Even the changing times doesn’t effect much in the society of Rajasthan. People of Rajasthan are lively and a part of ethnic linguistic group.
Large number of castes and creed exits in Rajasthan. Communities are diversified in far flung areas of Rajasthan. To such a large state, caste diversity and existence of numerous communities is predictable. Along with major communities, there also exists tribal communities which are also an integral part of Rajasthan and contributes to its culture and tradition.
Rajput, Brahmins, Jat, Gurjars, Bhils, Kalvi, Garasia, Kanjar etc are some major communities which are further distinguished in different castes and tribal communities.
