History of Seema Sandesh

Seema Sandesh was started by Late Shri Kamalnayan Sharma by publishing papers in the Rajasthan border region of north of Punjab and Pakistan on October 10, 1951 (Vijay Dashmi) . He founded Seema Sandesh with the purpose to spread awareness and fill socialism and patriotism in the people of border region. It was very challenging at that time to start and running a newspaper due to prevailing circumstances, the advertiser, the lack of communication and transport means. Despite all difficulties, he advances in 1971 and converted Seema Sandesh to a daily newspaper.Gradually he increase it in size and number of pages to give it a divisional format.

Till the last day of his life, until December 8, 1986, he provide strong and successful leadership to Seema Sandesh.Now his sons continuing the good work and its Jaipur edition started in 1991.

Seema Sandesh Editions

Ganganagar-Bikaner Edition: Ganganagar, Suratgarh, Hanumangarh, Churu, Bikaner, Nokha with very strong penetration in Rural & Semi Rural (Mandis & Tehsils). Most Prosperous Area of Rajasthan (Cotton Rich Belt) such as Raisinghnagar, Anupgarh, Rawla, Gharsana, Kesrisinghpur, Karanpur, Padampur, Suratgarh.
