History of Phalodi

Phalodi is founded by Shri Siddhuji Kalla in Vikram Samvat 1515 by the grass of Shri Maa Latiyal. At that time it was named Phalvaridhika but late on the request of Phala its name changes to Phalodi. Phala was a widowed daughter of Shri Sidhu Kalla who gave hefty and generous contribution money for the building of Phalodi Fort.
