Shri Mahavirji Jain Temple is famous religious teerth for Jain community. Famously known as 'Digambar Jain Atishaya Kshetra Shri Chananpur Mahavirji', this pilgrimage site is the center of devotion for Jain devotees. The idol of Shri Mahaveerji was found during an excavation. This 400 years old coral colored idol of Bhagwan Mahaveer was kept in vast & magnificently ornamented temple. Shri Mahavirji temple is surrounded by Dharamshala. Lord Mahavir in Padmasana posture, coral-colored made of sandstone is installed with Lord Pushp Danta in the right side and Lord Adinath’s idol in left side.
